These photos were taken during the building of our
home.

First: the exterior portion of the kennels, with both
interior runs to keep dogs separated, as well as 8
foot exterior fencing to keep critters out.  It is also
kept locked to keep out other "critters."

Second: deep sink, grooming area, and cabinets
going into the interior kennel.

Third: the interior portion of the kennels going in -
note that the entire room (equivalent to a 3 1/2 car
garage) is tiled in no-slip tile, and that it goes up the
walls as well.  The whelping room is tiled the same
way.  In the center of the runs is a drain that goes to
a separate septic system just for the dogs.  There are
also hot and cold wall spigots to hose down kennels,
in addition to the sink faucet to wash dogs.  In the
finished interior kennel, above the runs, there are
huge hanging shelves on which the crates and
cages can be stored - that's what those slabs of
wood in the photo are going to be, but the shelves
run the same direction as the runs, not across them.

Fourth: as the runs go in, the doggie doors go on.
Each run has its own door so dogs can go in and out
at will.  The interior portion is heated and cooled.
Fifth: The whelping room going in.  It includes a
centered drain, doggie door access to a
separated yard just for Moms, exterior access
for humans, tiled floors and walls, extra
electrical outlets for heating pads, storage
above, and spigots on the wall for both hot and
cold water without having to walk through the
house.
