Genji Bailey's Mission Statement

To provide a personalized learning environment where students learn to effectively
express themselves on a variety of topics, in a variety of ways, through guided
learning opportunities, to transform themselves into life-long learners so that they
may then transform society.

Ms. Bailey's Vision Statement

To have a classroom where each student can apply their knowledge to solve
problems, generate new ideas for discussion, successfully research issues
concerning them and the world of tomorrow, and analyze their solutions through
critical thinking for application to life’s challenges.

Ms. Bailey’s mission and vision arises from her core teaching values and articulate
the core purpose of her classes.

Ms. Bailey’s goals, driven by her mission, are:

1.  To provide an honest, safe, respectful, and personalized learning environment
where every student is seen as precious and worthy, and where their ideas are
valued.

2.  To provide innovative, learner-centered units of study that recognize, incorporate,
and enhance the knowledge, skills, preparation, and abilities of the learner.

3.  To provide a variety of learning approaches, all resulting in outcomes of quality
and integrity.

4.  To provide an atmosphere that fosters idea generation, research and discovery,
critical thinking, and results in excellence.
